Song Of The Day: Mount Vernon ‘Sprinkler.’ Another older side project of Justin Vernon’s (Bon Iver, Gayngs). The harmonies are really nice and you can hear the early influences of Vernon’s love for strings. Very cool song.

- this is one of my favorite versions of this song. Justin Vernon is like a jazz songwriter. Every time he plays something live, he mixes it up; adds different melodies and arrangements. In my opinion, this version shines above the rest.
