Song Of The Day: Paramore ‘Looking Up.’ I haven’t been paying proper attention to Paramore since ‘Riot!’ I listened to ‘Brand New Eyes,’ a handful of times not thinking to much about it. I dug ‘Ignorance,’ (specifically, the instrumentation [bang:bang] during the line, ‘…we wrote our name in blood…’ and ‘Careful,’ caught my attention too, but that was really it. I sat down and listened to it again the other day and realized this really is a solid album, especially this song. Great riffs, honest lyrics, and Haley’s certain curl on words make this song capable of being more than an album filler.
